Biography Of Cricketer Stuart Binny

 

 

Stuart Binny is an international Indian cricket player who plays in ODIs, T20s and Test matches. He plays in the IPL from Royal Challengers Bangalore. He played his first ODI match on 28 January 2014 and also played the first Test match against England in the same year.

Stuart Binny's full name is Stuart Terrence Roger Binny. He was born on 3 June 1984 in Bangalore, Karnataka, home to famous cricketers Roger Binny and Cynthia. His father has played a big role in becoming a cricketer, cricket runs in the blood of his family, that's why he learned cricket from his father. They love the family very much and hence spend happy occasions with the family.

Such a talented cricketer was married to famous sports journalist Mayanti Langer in 2012.

Stuart binny career

Binny started domestic cricket in Karnataka in 2003/04. He considered himself a player of limited overo and perhaps when the Indian Cricket League started in 2007, he signed it and saw himself as an all-rounder. After playing in it for two years, he accepted the BCCI's amnesty offer and left the ICL.

After that Binny started doing well in domestic cricket.

In the IPL, Binny gave the Royals a convincing win against Pune Warriors by scoring an unbeaten 32 off just 13 balls. Because of him, he achieved the big target of 179 with 1 ball left and made the history of his name in the field of Jaipur.

Binny was included in the Indian team for the tour of New Zealand in 2014.

On 17 June 2014, he took 6 wickets for only 4 runs against Bangladesh and also broke the record of Anil Kumble.

Binny played the first Test match of his career against England in 2014. Binny was included in the Indian team for 2015 World Cup which was played in Australia and New Zealand. But he did not get a chance to play a single match.

On 17 July 2015, he played his first T20 match against Zimbabwe. In the 2016 T20 match played in Florida, he was hit by 5 consecutive sixes by West Indian Evin Lewis. But Lewis could not hit a six off the last ball of Binny's happy luck and went wide, allowing 32 runs in one over.
